Be My Neighbor Day is a free outdoor event hosted by Vegas PBS on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin. Our event promotes being a caring neighbor with community-faced acts of kindness and family-friendly activities. PBS KIDS' beloved character Daniel Tiger will be on stage for guest appearances throughout the day.

Be My Neighbor Day is a family-friendly event promoting early childhood education, health, safety and values highlighted on Daniel Tiger and Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Children and parents alike will learn the importance of kindness and sharing by giving back to the community in which we live.
