Hello! My name is Heidi Tertipes. This is my second year as an Educational Computer Strategist at Pat Diskin Elementary and O.K. Adcock Elementary.

Before becoming an official techie, I taught fifth grade for a year and second grade for four years. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and I earned a Master's degree in Technology Education from Lesley University. I have also taken many classes from Sierra Nevada College to earn an endorsement in Teaching English as a Second Language. Throughout the past year I have taken numerous technology courses to earn credits from Southern Utah University.

When I'm not working, my husband and I spend our time traveling the world. My passion for traveling started when I lived in Wellington, New Zealand to complete my student teaching. Since then I've been able to travel to Switzerland, France, Mexico, Hawaii, and the West Coast. We are currently planning our summer road trip where we drive from Minnesota to Wyoming.
