Explore the school’s unique Mission Revival architectural style and the recent restoration that preserved it, as well the important role it played as a cornerstone to the African American community during the height of segregation.

Find out about the role the school played in a community that was at the center of the Civil Rights Movement; how city leaders are working to preserve this important piece of our architectural history; and how it still serves as a community campus today.
