Showcase

We are committed to showcasing events that foster community and education while supporting local organizations. Please see the guidelines to ensure your event meets our criteria and can be considered for inclusion on our calendar.

Community-Based: Events must serve or be accessible to the broader community. This includes, but is not limited to, educational workshops, cultural events, festivals, and public meetings.
Non-Profit Sponsored: Events must be hosted or sponsored by a registered non-profit organization. Co-sponsored events with a non-profit are also eligible.
Accessible: Events should be considered inclusive, accessible to all people, and affordable, either free or inexpensive.

Location: Events must take place within Southern Nevada or the surrounding area or have a virtual component open to local residents.
Public Access: Events must be open to the public. Invitation-only, members-only, or private events will not be considered.
Non-Commercial: Commercial or for-profit events will not be accepted. Events intended solely for marketing, sales, or promoting businesses are ineligible.

Event Title: Provide a clear and concise name for your event.
Event Description: Include a detailed description of the event. Be sure to mention any specific community benefits or non-profit involvement.
Date and Time: Specify the exact date(s) and start/end times.
Location: Include the full address for in-person events or the registration link for virtual events.
Organizer Information: Include the name of the non-profit organization and a contact person (name, phone, and email).
Event Website/Registration Link: If applicable, provide a link to your event’s website or registration page.

Events should be submitted ten days before the event date to ensure consideration.

All submissions will be reviewed by our team for relevance and compliance with the guidelines. Approved events will be added to the calendar within three days after submission.
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity or space, and inclusion on the calendar is not guaranteed.
