Sensational Science Camp with Ruff Ruffman
During Sensational Science Camp with Ruff Ruffman, kids ages 5-8 engage in the science inquiry and engineering design processes. The experience integrates video, games, and hands-on activities to provide kids with opportunities to play, build, explore, and learn together.
Vegas PBS STEAM Camp
Vegas PBS STEAM Camp is a web series for children ages 6-8+, designed to bring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) concepts to life by transporting kids directly to where STEAM is happening in Southern Nevada. A phenomenon-based question drives each episode’s exploration and the program utilizes community experts, interactive hands-on STEAM challenges (using everyday items) and literacy extensions to support inquiry-based learning and the engineering design process.
Ready Jet Go! Space Exploration Camp
In Ready Jet Go Space Exploration Camp, children ages 5-8 blast off on an age-appropriate space adventure with Jet Propulsion and his Boxwood Terrace friends. The camp curriculum blends science inquiry and engineering design to explore navigation, engineering, force and motion, wheels and axles through playful problem solving.
